1. What is JEET?
JEET is a free learning management system designed to provide quality educational resources to students, teachers, and parents. It can be used by schools, NGOs, Governments, and any other association with support from JEET. It is operated by the NGO Ramakrishna Sarada Samiti (RKSS) and complies with all applicable data protection laws.
2. Who can use JEET?
JEET is open to students, teachers, parents, schools, Governments, Associations, Corporates, and NGOs. Users under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Is JEET really free?
Yes, JEET is completely free for all users especially users from Government schools. Our mission is to make quality education accessible to everyone.
4. How do I create an account on JEET?
You can create an account by visiting the JEET website and filling out the registration form with accurate details such as your email ID, mobile number, and applicable educational details.{mlang}
5. What information is required during registration?
Students need to provide their email ID, mobile number, standard, Board of Education, medium of instruction, and subjects. Teachers need to include their email ID, mobile number, employee ID, and school affiliation.{mlang}
Content Upload Permissions
1. Can I upload content to JEET?
Yes, teachers and NGOs can upload educational content such as lesson plans, videos, and tests, provided it complies with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and JEET’s content guidelines.
2. Do I retain ownership of my uploaded content?
Yes, you retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading it to JEET, you grant RKSS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for educational purposes.
3. Are there any restrictions on the type of content I can upload?
Yes, uploaded content must be educational, non-commercial, and comply with JEET’s guidelines and the Indian Copyright Act. Harmful, inappropriate, or copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Can JEET remove content I uploaded?
Yes, JEET reserves the right to remove any content that violates the platform’s guidelines or applicable laws without prior notice.
Privacy and Data Protection
1. How does JEET protect my data?
JEET implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption, secure servers, and periodic audits, to protect your personal information.
2. What information does JEET collect?
During registration, JEET collects information such as email ID, mobile number, standard, subjects, Board of Education, and medium of instruction. For teachers, employee ID and school affiliation are also collected.
3. Will my data be shared with third parties?
JEET does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except for purposes such as sponsorships with prior consent or collaborations with trusted CSR groups.
4. Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes, you can request a copy of your data or details about its usage by contacting JEET’s support team.
Using the Platform
1. How can I access course materials?
Once registered, you can log in to JEET and access courses, tests, and dashboards tailored to your educational needs.
2. Are the courses aligned with Indian Boards of Education?

Sponsorship and Advertising
1. How does JEET support bright students?
JEET collaborates with CSR groups and individuals to identify and sponsor students who excel in tests conducted on the platform, with prior consent from the students or guardians.
2. Does JEET display advertisements?
JEET does not display intrusive advertisements. Any advertising that comes with content from other sites or links provided, will not be JEETs responsibility if it interferes with the user experience.
Account and Technical Support
1. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Disputes will be resolved amicably through mediation in Mumbai, India, under the Mediation Act, 2023. If unresolved, the settlement reached in mediation will be binding.
